About

I love helping people move forward.

Translating human chaos into robot instructions.

Aneta Kahleová

I’m a full-stack AI/ML engineer and contractor with a background in data analysis. My work bridges the robust enterprise backend of C#/.NET and the flexible data-science ecosystem of Python— from context engineering and agent orchestration to full-stack delivery.

Currently AI Tech Lead at OKlab (OKsystem), where I focus on autonomous systems that plan and execute complex workflows — not just chatbots that answer questions. I lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and keep the team learning as models and tooling shift every month. As a contractor, I also partner with businesses to ship production assistants grounded in their own data.

Beyond the code: scuba diving, CrossFit, visual arts, and a model/entrepreneur side that keeps me caring as much about how something looks and reads as how it runs.

Curious about

Machine learning

Pretraining, transfer learning, embeddings (LSA, Word2Vec), evolutionary algorithms, and getting the most out of commercial APIs.

Computational neuroscience

Studying the brain and building models inspired by how it works.

Endurance

Long-distance running — I once finished a 112 km ultramarathon in 21:21.

Beyond the code

Finding calm in the noise.
